After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email on the total product ordered and the price.This email will not include the shipping cost. We will send you a second email confirming the availability of the product ordered, the shipping cost, the bank account you need to transfer your payment and the account holder name. Please keep this second email for your reference. The final price that you need to pay is stated only in this second confirmation email.
The shipping rates will varies from RM8 to RM10 depending on the total weight of the products ordered (peninsular Malaysia only). For customers outside Peninsular Malaysia the rate will depend on your location and the total weight of the products ordered. After making your order via email or sms, we will reply to your order the total payment incurred and this will include the shipping rates.
WHEN CAN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
The normal delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (Malaysian), depending on your location and product availability. For items that are out of stock, please check with us.
All sales are final and there will be no refund. However, if the item/s are defective or damaged, due to our fault or during shipment, we will exchange it with a new item or if there is no more stock available for that particular item, we will refund your money or substitute it with another product (with equivalent price) of your choice. However we need you to courier to us back the damaged item before we can exchange the item or refund your money.You need to inform us via email or sms and return the damaged product not more than seven days after receiving your order.We will contact you on the details of the return of the damaged item.
